• HSA or FSA cards

• Cash or check

Payment is due upon receipt of a statement unless other arrangements have been made.

You may receive a separate statement from the radiologist’s office for interpretation services. This is standard for diagnostic imaging.

How Insurance Billing Works

Your diagnostic ultrasound is performed at our studio. No payment is collected at your appointment for insurance-billed diagnostic services.

Preferred Source Billing submits your claim to your insurance provider. After review, your insurance may send you an Explanation of Benefits (EOB).

After insurance processes your claim, you may receive a statement showing any patient balance due and available payment options.

Billing timelines vary by insurance provider and may take several weeks to process. You may receive a separate statement from the radiologist’s office for interpretation services.
