We cannot guarantee that every ultrasound scan will produce a precise image of your baby. How do I know if my ultrasound image is good enough?
Send us an email, and we'll let you know. Best results come from images where the baby's face is visible and unobstructed. Click HERE to see examples of acceptable and unacceptable ultrasound images.
How long does enhancement take?
All images are processed within 1-2 days to ensure a fast turnaround, except for initial images submitted via the MomiTalk app, which are available immediately.
What types of images can I upload?
We accept 3D and HD ultrasound images. For best facial detail, we recommend using scans within the gestational age range of 26-34 weeks. JPEG and PNG formats only.
