Returns

Eligible retail items may be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as the item is in new condition, meaning:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition

• With original tags and packaging (if applicable)

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

• Gift cards (physical or digital)

• Sale or clearance items

• Opened skincare, cosmetics, or hygiene products

• Any items that have been worn, washed, used, or damaged after purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are not refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

In Studio Purchases

If you purchased an item in studio, returns must be brought back to the studio within 30 days with proof of purchase.
