Swedish is lighter-to-medium pressure for relaxation and overall tension relief. Deep Tissue uses firmer pressure and slower techniques to target deeper tension and specific problem areas.

Yes. Pregnancy Massage is available in 60 and 90 minutes. Let us know how far along you are and any comfort needs when you arrive.

Wear whatever is comfortable. You’ll be professionally draped at all times, and you can undress to your comfort level.

We kindly ask for advance notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price.
