• Payment is due at time of service (cash, card, or Venmo accepted).
• Please pay before you leave the salon.
• No show/no call is unacceptable and will result in the full amount charged for the missed appointment before rescheduling.
• 15 minutes late will be canceled or you will have the choice to do a solid color.
• Clients will be required to put a card on file.
• If you plan on canceling please try to give me 24hr notice.

• If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% appointment charge.
• Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and may result in additional charges if your appointment has to be canceled.
• Please send any inspo or complicated nail art prior to your appointment so I can book you correctly.
• Fills with three or more nails missing will be charged as a full set.
• No-shows will be required to make a 50% payment of the missed appointment before being able to book again.
