Best time to come in?
7-14 weeks: Little Glimpse — Quick peek + a few sweet images.
14–23 weeks: Just Can’t Wait — Great for gender + clear 2D images
24–32 weeks: Simply Sweet — Best for 3D/4D facial images, expressions, and chubby cheeks
32+ weeks: Simply Sweet — Still possible, but baby may be snug/low (images can be harder)

Elective vs. Diagnostic Ultrasounds
Elective (Keepsake) Ultrasounds
Elective ultrasounds are for bonding and keepsakes — seeing baby on the big screen and taking home photos/videos. These sessions are not used to diagnose medical conditions.
Diagnostic (Medical) Ultrasounds
Diagnostic ultrasounds are ordered by a provider to evaluate a medical concern, take required measurements, and provide a medical report. These exams are interpreted by a radiologist and shared with your healthcare team.
If you have pain, bleeding, decreased fetal movement, or medical concerns, please contact your provider or seek urgent/emergency care.

You’re welcome to bring your support person and loved ones! We want this to be a special bonding experience. If you’re planning to bring a larger group we kindly ask that your guests respect other businesses and maintain a calm and quiet atmosphere in the studio.

Yes — siblings are welcome as long as they can be supervised and the appointment stays calm and enjoyable for everyone.

It happens! We’ll do everything we can to encourage baby to move — changing positions, walking, water breaks, and a little time can make a big difference. If baby still isn’t cooperating, we’ll talk through the best next step.

We can’t guarantee specific poses or face shots because image clarity depends on baby’s position, gestational age, fluid, and other factors. We’ll always do our best to capture the sweetest images possible and make the most of your session.

Hydrate the day of your scan (and the day before if you can), and have a light snack 30–60 minutes before — babies often get more active after you eat. Wear a two-piece outfit for easy access to your belly, and arrive a few minutes early to get settled.
