No. Little Glimpse is an elective keepsake ultrasound meant for bonding and reassurance. If you have medical concerns, please contact your OB/midwife or go to urgent/emergency care as needed.

This package is recommended 15+ weeks. If you’re earlier than that, we recommend Little Glimpse (7–14 weeks).

Gender confirmation is not guaranteed because visibility depends on gestational age and baby’s position. We’ll do our best, but if baby isn’t in a good position, we may not be able to confidently confirm.

That happens! We’ll try position changes and a little extra time when possible. If we still can’t confirm, you can consider returning later or choosing a later-week package. We do offer 1 rescan for free if we can’t get it.

This package is not intended for urgent symptoms. If you’re experiencing bleeding, severe cramping, dizziness, or concerning pain, please contact your provider or seek urgent/emergency care.

For 15–16 weeks, a partially full bladder can help. Try drinking 16–24 oz of water about 30–45 minutes before your appointment (and don’t fully empty right before). After ~18 weeks, it’s usually less important.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring support people. If you bring kids, we recommend another adult with you to help them during the scan.

You’ll receive 3–4 printed B&W photos and digital images/videos through the Sona App.

No worries — we’ll still scan, but visibility may be limited. If you’re under 15 weeks, we may recommend switching to Little Glimpse or rescheduling.
