Policies

Please disclose any allergies, eye conditions, or irritation before your appointment.
Service may be declined if the eye area appears unsafe for treatment.
Children and extra guests are allowed in the studio (if issues arise, we may need to reschedule).

Appointments are booked through Vagaro.
A card is required on file.
New clients and clients with repeated cancellations/no-shows may be required to place a non-refundable deposit.

You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours will be charged the full service amount.
No-call/no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
There is a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals after that may need service modifications (ex: shorter fill) or be considered a no-show.

Fills should be booked every 2–3 weeks with at least 40–50% lash retention.
Less retention may be charged as a full set.
Foreign fills (work done by another artist) are accepted.

Tips are appreciated but never required.
Payment is due at the time of service.

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours after your appointment.
Clean lashes regularly with a gentle lash-safe cleanser.
No oil-based products near the eyes (they can break down adhesive).
Avoid rubbing/picking and sleep on your back when possible.
Brush daily with a clean spoolie.

Most guests need a fill every 2–3 weeks to keep lashes looking full.

Foreign fills are accepted, but pricing/timing may vary depending on condition/retention.

Keep lashes dry for 24 hours.
Avoid steam/saunas and rubbing for the first day.
Avoid mascara and eye makeup for 24 hours.

Keep brows dry for 24 hours.
Avoid heavy oils/exfoliants on brows for 48 hours.
Brush brows into shape daily for best results.
