Reveal Ultrasound Studio & Spa offers a wide range of diagnostic ultrasound exams in Cedar City, Utah. Our experienced registered sonographer provides detailed imaging, with exams interpreted by a radiologist.
We accept most insurance plans and offer affordable cash-pay options. Physician orders are required for insurance-billed diagnostic exams.

Evaluates the liver, gallbladder, bile ducts, pancreas, spleen, kidneys, and major abdominal blood vessels, as visible.

A focused examination of the right upper abdomen, including the liver, gallbladder, common bile duct, and right kidney as indicated. Commonly ordered to evaluate right upper abdominal pain, gallstones, or liver concerns.

A targeted ultrasound of a specific abdominal area or concern, such as the appendix, hernia, fluid collection (ascites), or a single organ. The structures examined depend on the physician's order.

Evaluates the abdominal aorta to check its size and identify possible enlargement or an abdominal aortic aneurysm (AAA). Measurements are obtained along the visualized abdominal aorta.

Evaluates both kidneys for size, appearance, swelling, cysts, and other abnormalities. The urinary bladder will also be evaluated with a pre and post void.

Evaluates the uterus, endometrium (uterine lining), ovaries, and surrounding pelvic structures. May include transabdominal imaging, transvaginal imaging, or both, depending on the physician's order and clinical indication.

A focused pelvic ultrasound for a specific concern, such as checking IUD position, evaluating the bladder, or re-examining a particular pelvic structure. The examination depends on the physician's order.

Evaluates the urinary bladder. May include bladder measurements before and after urination to assess how completely the bladder empties.
Abdominal & Pelvic Ultrasounds

A first-trimester ultrasound used to evaluate early pregnancy. Includes assessment of pregnancy location, gestational age, fetal heartbeat when visible, and the number of embryos. Measurements help establish or confirm the estimated due date.

A diagnostic ultrasound performed during the second or third trimester. May include fetal measurements, heartbeat, position, placental location, and amniotic fluid assessment. The extent of the examination depends on the physician's order.

A detailed examination of fetal anatomy, typically performed around 18–22 weeks of pregnancy. Evaluates the baby's brain, face, spine, heart, abdomen, kidneys, bladder, extremities, and other visible anatomy. Also includes fetal growth measurements, placental location, and amniotic fluid assessment.

A focused pregnancy ultrasound used to evaluate specific concerns, such as fetal heartbeat, fetal position, placental location, amniotic fluid, or cervical length when ordered. This is not a complete fetal anatomy examination.

A follow-up examination to monitor fetal growth or reassess specific anatomy or findings from a previous ultrasound. May include fetal measurements, estimated fetal weight, amniotic fluid, and additional images requested by the physician.

Additional evaluation for twin or higher-order pregnancies. Each baby is assessed as indicated by the ordered examination, including appropriate measurements, heartbeat, growth, and anatomy.
OB & Pregnancy Ultrasounds

Evaluates breast tissue using ultrasound imaging. May be performed to investigate a lump, pain, or another area of concern, or as an additional breast screening examination when appropriate. Breast ultrasound does not replace a recommended mammogram.

Evaluates the thyroid gland for size, appearance, nodules, cysts, and other abnormalities. Measurements and imaging are obtained to help the interpreting radiologist assess thyroid findings.

Evaluates the testicles, epididymides, and surrounding scrotal structures. Doppler imaging may be used to assess blood flow. Commonly ordered for pain, swelling, lumps, or other testicular concerns.

A focused ultrasound of the soft tissues in the head or neck. Commonly performed to evaluate palpable lumps, enlarged lymph nodes, cysts, or other localized concerns.

A focused ultrasound of a lump, bump, swelling, or other superficial soft tissue concern. Evaluates the location, size, and appearance of the area, including whether a finding appears fluid-filled or solid.Item description

Evaluates a specific soft tissue concern in the arm or leg, such as a superficial lump, cyst, fluid collection, or localized swelling. This examination does not evaluate the arteries or veins as a vascular study.

Evaluates veins in the arms or legs using ultrasound and Doppler imaging. Commonly ordered to assess for deep vein thrombosis (DVT), also known as a blood clot, or other venous concerns. The examination covers the areas specified by the physician's order.

Evaluates the carotid arteries in the neck using ultrasound and Doppler imaging. Assesses blood flow and looks for plaque or narrowing that may affect circulation to the brain.

Evaluates the spinal canal and surrounding structures in young infants when clinically indicated. May be ordered for concerns such as a sacral dimple or other findings involving the lower back. Availability depends on the infant's age and clinical indication.
